1. Orders and product information
Question: How do I know if a product is in stock?
Answer: Product availability is displayed on each product page. If a product is out of stock, this is clearly stated.
Question: Can I change or cancel my order?
Answer: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can help you. Please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@returned.se .
Question: What happens if I entered the wrong address/contact information? Answer: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can help you.
Question: Do you sell new clothes or second hand? Answer: We take care of clothes that have ended up outside the sales chain for various reasons. This means brand new products in original bags, but also goods that were part of sample collections or have minor defects. Defective and sampled goods are assessed and reported based on our grading system.
Question: What do the letters in your grading system mean? Answer: The grading system divides the goods into different categories as follows: A= New item in original packaging B= New item without original packaging C= Sample collection D= Second hand, signs of use E= Renovation item. In category E, the defect is described and photographed.
2. Delivery and shipping
Question: How much does delivery cost?
Answer: Shipping costs are always based on the weight of your order. When you check out, the shipping cost is calculated automatically.
Question: How long does delivery take?
Response:
- Handling time: 1-3 business days.
- Delivery time: 2-5 working days.
- Total delivery time: 3-8 working days.
Question: How do I track my order?
Answer: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Question: What happens if I don't pick up my package?
Answer: If your package is returned to us as unclaimed, for any reason, we will refund the goods minus the return shipping cost.
3. Returns and refunds
Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: You can return products within 14 days from the date the goods are delivered to you. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and the products must be unused and in their original condition with the packaging intact.
Question: How do I return a product?
Answer: Send the item together with the order form, using your preferred transport provider to: Returned, Tre Hjärtans väg 2, 302 41 Halmstad / 0733600909. Save the delivery receipt.
Question: How long does it take to receive a refund?
Answer: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that it may take up to 15 days for the bank to disburse the refund.
